Abstract: With the rapid adoption of building information modeling (BIM), companies desire to leverage the 3D building data to create a complete digital twin of their facility. Integrating the world of BIM and shop floor is not a simple task. Preparing the data, sharing the right level of detail and documenting issues between various disciplines are just some of the challenges that face customers trying to combine these two different worlds. This session will review the lessons learned integrating and collaborating BIM and shop floor data.
