Research in Dr. Brody's laboratory focuses on functional genomics and single molecule protein characterization. Specific research projects include: application of surface plasmon resonance based sensors to quantifying DNA/protein interactions, studies of single proteases and 20 S proteasomes in vitro, and molecular biology and biochemical analysis of a module of genes expressed in breast cancers.
