Professor Kim Elected President of the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association

Kane Kim, Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, has been elected President of the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA). KSEA has 2,000 members and has been active for more than 30 years.

Professor Kim is currently the President-elect for the July 2004 - June 2005 term and will serve as President over the July 2005 - June 2006 term. Kim plans to host the 2005 USA - Korea Conference on Science, Technology and Entrepreneurship (UKC) in August 2005 on the UCI campus.
