You may access the UCI on-line, electronic graduate application here. The application process requires three letters of recommendation, a 1-2 page Statement of Purpose, official transcripts from all universities and colleges you have attended, and submission of GRE and TOEFL (where applicable) scores.
The recommended deadline for fall applications is December 15, especially for candidates who wish to be considered also for financial support.The final deadline will be February 28.
The application fee for International applicants is US$110, and US$90 for Domestic applicants. When you complete the application form, it will default to the UCI Office of Graduate Studies, who will forward it to the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
