Current research interests:

• Analog integrated circuit design for high-speed broadband/optical communications.
• Design of multi-level memory circuits.
• Analog circuit simulation -- continuation methods for dc/steady-state circuit simulation.

Cadence design tools^* are used in the following research projects:

· Design of broadband 10Gb/s adaptive equalization for copper and fiber

· Design of 10Gb/s clock recovery circuit with variable phase detector characteristic

· Design of 40Gb/s transmitter using distributed amplifier techniques in 180nm CMOS
