The purpose of the Mentor program is to provide opportunities for you to interact with practicing engineers who are concerned about your professional development. This interaction is intended to be in terms of personal mentoring regarding your studies and career choices and options, and in terms of learning first-and about the work of your mentor's firm or agency.
